First Support Group Meeting

Hello Everyone,

I am planning our first Support Group meeting on March 1, 2009 at 3:30 PM.   I plan on the meetings lasting no longer than a hour that way we can all either sit around and visit or you can leave when the meeting is over.    Our 1st topic will be "The Importance of Calcuim as Weight Loss Patients".    Please plan on coming and getting lots of support.    Thanks so very much for looking into our Lose it 4 Life Support Group.   If you need to email me about this meeting....my personal Email address is [email protected].
