I am new to Charles Town, WV and I know we have to have lots of bariatric patients out here.
My name is Cira and I would love to get to meet fellow OH memebers here in WV.
I hope yo get this forum movingfor some support.

I too am new to Charleston. I've been in the city since April, but actually moved here in August. This is the first time I've joined a group and plan to be active - not just a passive reader. I had my surgery 1/04 and have kept the weight off, but I know that I need to exercise desperately! Even though I'm not gaining anything, I'm starting to spread and get flabby. Any words of wisdom and inspiration would help.
