Welcome to the Life After Weight Loss (LAWL) Support Group.

We are a group of individuals who have had significant weight loss and are taking the steps necessary to continue on the journey toward long term weight loss success. Many times body contouring surgery is the next step on your weight loss journey. Our group was formed to support those individuals who are contemplating having surgery, have had surgery, and those who come back for more! Our members can enjoy receiving support from one another in a kind and encouraging environment.

Our members can benefit from the success stories, experiences, concerns, and thoughts of our other group members, including those who have made the decision to have body contouring surgery. Members are also encouraged to share lifestyle tips as well as suggestions on maintaining weight loss success.
