Welcome to the group! My apologies to those who have joined over the past year. This has not been an active group and I failed to delete it at the time. Now that there are 12 members interested I say that we 'go for it'! My hope is that one day we can plan a get together but for now posting our thoughts seems to be the easiest for folks. Feel free to begin any type of discussion that is related to your weight loss journey...whether you are considering surgery or have already had surgery. 

My surgery took place almost 3 years ago. I began at 375 pounds and am down to 250. I have learned some valuable lessons along the way and would love to have a discussion with folks about their journey's.
