Thanks for the great suggestions.  I had actually forgotten about the 75 g's a day of protein.  Fact is, I really like the smoothies and used to get most of my protein from them.  Lately, like in the past 6 months I slowly stopped making them.  You just brought me back from my wayward path.  Thank you again!  I'll check out the web site you shared with me.  Congratulations on your renewed success, way to go!

Hi Valleybird!
I am on a yo yo 5-10 lb pattern. People have suggested starting over.... what I mean is:
doing a day of liquids, a day of smooshies again, a day of chopped foods (soft) and always remember to start with your protiens 75 grams a day and dont go over 5 grams of sugar per serving! I am doing this now that the holidays and SuperBowl are over and have lost 3 pounds this week!!! Drink your wated and get your vitamins in!
Try looking at

 great protiens powders and vitamins!!!
Good Luck! Use your tool!!!

I am wondering how you are doing since this post. I am one year out to the day and  suddenly seem to be in a holding pattern.  I could really use some words of wisdom from someone who has already  been where I am at now.

Is this a group for the GWU based  Medical Faculty Associates' patients?  Seems like everyone has other doctors.
