New to CO

I moved to Castle Rock from DC/VA about a year ago.  Since there isn't a CR group I thought I'd check this one out.  I'm almost 3 years out from VSG and got about 2/3 of the way to my goal before plateauing and have been stuck for over a year.  Hoping to find some inspiration among my new neighbors.
