A meet and greet would be awesome! Glamour shots...maybe for you lovely ladies...I might have to pass on that one! There's just something about glamour shots and dudes that just doesn't fit! Have a great time in Syracuse!

Hello,
I have some idea's that I would like to share with you all. First what do you think about us setting up a photo shoot...like a glamour shot session? Second I was thinking that we need to put together a meet and greet for the NC OH memebers. Its nice to chat online, but wouldn't it be nice to put faces with people we chat with? Finally I want us to brain storm about what we can do to raise fund for the Walk From Obesity that is going to be in Sept 09? I know we are small group, but I know we can do great things together as a team!!!!

I tell you when I came out the hosiptal I was doing fine I got out the hosiptal about 9:00pm I went Home and went to bed woke up and was fine I took a nap and woke up! !! I was in pain from so much nausea I Thought I was not going to make it. I thought about all the warriors before me and said I could do this. It was rough I thought I was going to loose my mind!!! Today is a new day i feel sore but not as bad as yesterday swelling has went down some trying to take some sips of liquid protein its is terriable.Iam not a person who likes to lay in the bed I want to get out but to scared dont know what to expect. Can anybody help a brother out???? I just want to feel better.

Oh and thank you for the comment about my family as well! I think they are pretty beautiful myself!

I'm feeling good! I had a minor setback...a bleeding ulcer...I think it's actually kicked back up again. I have to call Dr. Gersin's office when they open. But I feel great! I hit a bit of a plateua as well and stood still on the same weight for like 4 days straight, but this morning I was down 1.6 lbs so hopefully I'll start moving again! I know I'm not supposed to weigh but once a week but I can't help it, I'm addicted to the scale. Thanks for asking!

I suggest finding something to do with your hands.
Read a book- not about food though-lol
You have go to keep liquids with you at all times, because you will start to get off track.
If you are home alone and start wanting some food, go to sleep.
These tips helped me.

Keep it up man! Eat some veggies! I really enjoyed cabbage sauteed in a little olive oil and salt and pepper. Or spice up your protein shake a bit...use like 4 or 5 ice cubes, 1 cup skim milk, a scoop of chocolate protein powder and 1 or 2 tbs. natural Peanut Butter....tastes great! Just don't give up!!!
