Topic: Sept Support Group Meeting
Greetings HBWL4Life,
I'm excited about Septembers meeting. We are honored to have Dr Carl Lowe from Carolina Surgical Clinic come and speak to our group. If you happen to be a new patient of Dr Lowe this is a great opportunity to come and meet and chat with him. Also feel free to bring your support person as well. This meeting will be held on Sept 9, 2009 at 6:30 at the Plaza Mid-wood Library on Central Ave. seating is limited.

Topic: GIRLS NIGHT OUT
Girls night out was so much fun. We got good coaching, we talked, we bonded, and we had a great time. The retreat was held and the Hilton Garden Hotel in uptown Charlotte. There challenges in getting there and getting situated. Uptown Charlotte can be so confusing. However it was so worth it.
We will be planning more events to come closer as a group. We are open to suggestions. We are getting together something for THE WALK FOR OBESITY, which is in September of this year and any suggestions are help you want to provide please contact Velda. We have two group members that will be having their surgery with in the next month. Let’s keep them in prayer.

We are schedule to have our first mini retreat on July 24 -25, 2009. I need to hear from all ladies that are interested. This is going to be an awesome event, we have some fun things planned. The cost for the event is going to be $35 whi*****ludes lodging, food and prizes. Please contact me via phone at (704) 605-5891 space is limited this is on a first come bases. For those that are interested you can pay on Tues July 14, 2009 which will be our support group meeting for the month. Just to give you a little more detail there will coaching, sharing and just good old support. This will be a safe environment that you can come and share!!!! I look forward to hearing from you ladies.

Girls Night Out!!!
We are planning a mini retreat and want to know if you would be interest. We want to take over a luxury hotel for a night. We will meet, greet, have great coaching, and much needed support from one another. There will be games and prizes. We are planning to bring in a guess speaker. We need to know how many people would like attend so that we can book the right amount of rooms. There will be a fee involved to cover expenses and food. Guys we will be planning something for you as well.
This is intended to bring us together for support, education, and to have some fun. Please respond ASAP we want to get this together for the month of July. Details will follow once we have heard your voices.
