Topic: Bowling Event
Hey guys I am so excited about us getting together and have a bowling night. I can meet any Sat. or Sun \afternoon. I want to hear from you guys what time is best for you. Please post it on the blog so we all can see and plans. We are already trying to look at doing it the last weekend in March. The actual location is to be announced.

Hey , guys we are a group. Lets support each other. What can we do to help each other. I have met many of you. We are too quite. What's going on.
I'll start. I just returned from a WLS retreat in Dana Point CA. about an hour from Los Angeles. It was great. There were 14 women with various issues dealing with living day to day with WLS. It was great to come together and get support. I can tell the difference in ME. I struggle with getting off my bottom and working out. I started a Fitness Class. I go to every Friday at 6:30pm at Queens Univ, you all are invited. It's geared to us. I also got outside and walked. Yes it was cold but I could still feel he support of the women I met in SO.CAL.
Well keep me posted on your progress and I will continue to share mine.
