Hello Ms Tasteee,

We do workout as a group every Friday at 6:30 p.m. with a certified personal trainer...CJ Williams. Like Wanda said he works with Bariatric Patients, and its fun to do as a group. I hope that helps you.

When are you looking to workout and what are you trying to do.  You can join me and Velda on Fris. at 6:30 at Queens Univer.  The trainer is skilled in working with Gastric patients.  Good stuff.   Just let me know what times you are looking for a partner.
