Good morning Healthy Beginnings.  I hope everyone is having a great morning.  Velda has asked me to let everyone know that the water aerobics class that was planned for November will be held tomorrow night at the Lake Norman YMCA in Davidson.  The class will begin at 6:30pm so it is very important that you arrive no later than 6:15pm.  If you have any questions please give Velda a call.  Enjoy your day.
