Keep it up man! Eat some veggies! I really enjoyed cabbage sauteed in a little olive oil and salt and pepper. Or spice up your protein shake a bit...use like 4 or 5 ice cubes, 1 cup skim milk, a scoop of chocolate protein powder and 1 or 2 tbs. natural Peanut Butter....tastes great! Just don't give up!!!
I'm feeling good! I had a minor setback...a bleeding ulcer...I think it's actually kicked back up again. I have to call Dr. Gersin's office when they open. But I feel great! I hit a bit of a plateua as well and stood still on the same weight for like 4 days straight, but this morning I was down 1.6 lbs so hopefully I'll start moving again! I know I'm not supposed to weigh but once a week but I can't help it, I'm addicted to the scale. Thanks for asking!
