Almost there October 21, 2008 10:35 am I woke up, but didn't walk.I have figured out when I can work out. So far I think it can be done when I get off at 6pm. I was not feeling well today. I feel very encouraged about doint it tomm. I was able to get in some protein but I have not been able to eat all day. I did finally get some soup in. Good night.

LIFE IS GREAT October 18, 2008 2:08 pm I had a great time today at the support group event. The weather held up and it was beautiful. We had a trainer there. He gave great information and gave us tips on how to change our mind and spirit to change our bodies. The food was great, lots of bariatric friendly foods. We did the cha-cha slide and my fav. the cupid shuffle.
Woke up this morning October 7, 2008 12:57 pm I did get up this morning at 5:40 but i didnot make it to the gym. I guess I'm still in the practice mode. But I am proud that I woke up on time. Maybe Tomm. Tell me whats up with you guys.

Be the first to leave a comment.Well, I changed my hours for work changed and I have not been able to fit my workout into it yet. I can get up at 5:30 am to do it, but I set the alarm clock every morning and so far I've turned it off every time. Wanda |
