I woke up, but didn't walk.I have figured out when I can work out. So far I think it can be done when I get off at 6pm. I was not feeling well today. I feel very encouraged about doint it tomm. I was able to get in some protein but I have not been able to eat all day. I did finally get some soup in. Good night.
