The Obesity Freedom Support Group was founded in  November 2006 to help support Weight Loss Surgery patients in Stafford, Fredericksburg and surrounding areas, as well as help their families to understand how they all need to change their eating habits. Jackie has had weight loss surgery in Feb 2006 and refers to herself as a work in progress. She understands the struggles and the successes it takes to develop good eating habits and to change them for a lifetime - she lives it every day!

Jackie is a trained Obesity Help Support Group Leader,  having gone through rigerous training by Obesity Help.  She is also a Motivational Speaker and working on her Life Coach Certification.
