However please remember we are not doctors and you should always consult a doctor for medical issues but we can give you our opinions and experiences. If we can't answer your question we will try to find someone who can.

For this Support Group we also have the backing of several Northern Virginian Weight Loss Surgeons and two excellent nutritionists. So we always have up to date surgical and nutritional information.

We meet the 2nd Wednesday of every month at:

 Everyone is welcome - Pre-op, post op patients and people seeking information about the surgery as well as supporting family members and friends. It has been proven that the people who attend support groups have the greater level of success with these surgeries. So please come along and enjoy meeting others who can share your experiences, your successes and sympathise with you when things get tough. We are a family with a very special bond.
