Topic: 100 Push Up Challenge
Don't forget the 100 push up challenge (http://hundredpushups.com/) starts on Monday, November 15. On Sunday, be sure to do the test listed on the hundred pushups webpage to see where you need to be and what you need to be doing.
This challenge will run for approximately six weeks, though some of us may need to repeat a week or two to complete it. That's okay! The whole idea is to strengthen our bodies and help us get into exercise habits.

I decided to set up this group for exercise challenges since we'll be tackling the 100 push up challenge soon. There are others such as the 200 sit up challenge and 200 squat challenge. I'm certain we can find other fitness challenges out there to help us meet our goals.
