Who needs clothes?

Hello!

I was banded in late 2008 and have dropped 135#. I still have 40# to go to reach goal, but I'll get there, hopefully by the end of 2013.

I've got bags of women's clothes in the 24-30 size range that I want to donate to someone who needs them. Some of it is professional wear -- dresses, etc that you'd wear in an office environment.

Please feel free to contact me if you're interested, otherwise I'll just donate them to Goodwill.

Kelly

Hi Kelly,

Just noticed on the system that your message was "locked" to be approved.  I've never seen that before and I apologize for not catching that sooner.  I believe your info is now visible.

If you still have the clothes, bring to our meeting this Saturday, March 16.  We meet at the Alameda Hospital now starting at 2 p.m., in Conference Room C.  Hard to predict what size of clothes people will need that are in attendance at this meeting; it always varies.  But coming to the pre-op meeting that is from 2-2:30 is probably your best bet.

You might want to consider taking your clothes to All the More to Love on Encinal in Alameda.  It's a consignment shop.  Get their consignment info.  They allow 15 items at a time but maybe she will take more.  You can take them in little by little, build up some credit and then us that credit to get you the next smaller size.

Not sure if you saw my previous e-mail so if not, please bring your clothes to the April 20th meeting and we'll see who is there that needs clothes in those sizes.  You never know.  I missed the March meeting so maybe you were there.  Thanks for reaching out.
