Let's inspire each other. Post a reply here about what you do to stay successful and keep the weight from creeping back. Do you faithfully take your vitamins, regularly exercise, avoid sugar, be nice to yourself, etc. Stuff you do when you are on-track, big time. =)

I would like to say that for me, to keep the weight from creeping back, I exercise everyday, morning and some nights. I cannot believe that I actually love exercising now. I do watch what I eat everyday. My snacks are now vegetables & fruits rather than a kitkat bar or something that I was used to eating before surgery. I love the way I look and most definitely the way I feel. I love the attention I get from my husband and almost everyday, my four year old daugther would tell me how she likes to see mommy thin and not fat. That to me is very inspiring. I am in the best shape of mylife and I hope everyone feels the same as I do.

I just had my one year anniversary doctor appointment. I told him that I don't have a regular schedule. His instant reaction was for me to GET BACK ON ONE!!!
In general, I get in my protein, get in my water, get in my vitamins, get in my excersize. I do not drink with my meals, I do not graze, I do not drink alcohol, I watch my fat and sugar.
