Beef Taco Skillet
From redbook magazine but slightly modified.
Ingredients
1lb ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed tomato soup
1/2 cup water
6 low carb flour tortillas (6") cut into 1" pieces
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook beef in skillet over medium-high heat until well browned stirring often to separate meat. Pour off fat. Stir soup, water and tortillas in skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 mins. Stir. Top with cheese.
