All Protein Shake Recipes

1 cup skim milk   9g protein
120g of Greek 0% yogurt   15g protein
2 tbsp of plain no flavor protein powder 20g
1/2 cup frozen fruit
1 tbsp splenda

mix all together in the magic bullet
