We had a great time sampling proteins today.  Lots of great ideas to work protein into our diets.  Thanks to everyone who brought a sample to share!

Several folks asked that we post recipes and links to places where we buy the products.  Please, everyone chime in and remind us what we tried, where you buy it and how you mix it.

Thanks!

The recipe for my yogurt is as follows:
1/2 cup Fage Greek 0 fat yogurt (found at Costco)
1 scoop of Pro Complex Protein Vanilla Ice Cream (Found at GNC and Vitamin shop)
Mix well.
1/2 cup Frozen mixed berries (I get the bag at Costco)
defrost for 45 sec in microwave.
Add on top of mixed yogurt.
1/4 cup Bear Naked Granola (my fav is Vanilla Almond, make sure to get the lower sugar ones.  I find these at Tom Thumb in the cereal isle)
Add to top and eat.  Mix it up as you see fit.  I used strawberry banana protein powder with strawberries as the fruit.  It was good but not as good as the vanilla is to me.

I'm not perfect but I'm me and that is good enough!
