"A goal without a plan is just a wish." -Antoine De Saint-Exupery
If we ask people about their goals in life, we may get quick and precise responses -to find a certain kind of employment, to start a business, to learn to play and instrument, to retire early.  But many of those same people have no idea how they will accomplish their goals.
Having goals is important.  Without goas, we don't know where we're headed.  But having a goal is easy; planning to achieve it is the hard part.  What's the firs step?  How long will it take to reach the goal?  What kinds of effort will we need to make?  How likely is success?  Who can help?

Challenge: Choose one of your goals and lay out a plan to acompli**** step by step.

Today I plan to review my goals from last month and pick one I haven't started working on yet and make a plan.

I am finally taking a step towards my goal of working out.  It is so very hard for me to do, with the working 13 hours a day.

Thursday morning I will be getting off from work 1 1/2 hours early because I have to go in early for training.  Instead of going home and sleeping, I will go to 24 Hour Fitness and work out.  Then on Friday night, when I get done work, I will work out.  Saturday, I will work out in the evening.  That will give me 3 days of workouts.  I know it is best to spread it out, but unfortunately I can't do that.

From here on out, I will make every effort to work out on my Friday, Saturday, Sunday plan.  But I know it will be harder once the baseball season starts.

I am sure Tawnya can give way mor insight than I can but just a couple of suggestions since your workouts are three days in a row.  You could do a full body workout Thurs plus cardio.  Cardio only  on Friday and then another full body workout on Saturday.  I am sure you will work it out however you need to.  It is GREAT that you have a goal and are going to get started.  Best of luck and I AM PROUD OF YOU!

You make me feel so good, because I was one step ahead of you.  I had already PM'd Tawnya and discussed what I should do.  I will be doing cardio all three to four days I go, work on part of muscles one day and the rest the next, alternating them on each visit, regardless of time in between.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!
