Hi all,
I have been struggling a little bit. Mostly dealing with foods that are not mine, too high in calories and nutrient poor.Exercise is getting started for the first time in forever I exercised 2 days in row. This is taking a lot out of me. Taking care of myself. Mostly because I take care of others. I'm just not so good at this. How do you learn to take care of yourself with comfort. Any help will be appreciated.

I feel your frustration and I too Am frustrated around support groups in general. I know how tiring it can be waiting for others. How about halloween? I need support around avoiding sweets. I am tempted to test if I dump and all the food around. As for it being a Saturday it means a whole day to deal with candy. Do I really want candy no what I need is to be with people who understand me and deal with similar issues. I eat when I crave companionship and I hate feeling different than the rest of the world when it comes to dealing with food. Any response even a no would be appreciated. I understand others have children and it may not be the best day. But that is my 2 cents.

I could use some support post roux en y 10 weeks out. I am having difficulty with getting into an exercise groove. I am working lately from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM. Finding it hard getting up earlier and don't have dinner until I get home. It takes me my lunch half hour to eat if I take less than 20 minutes. I get foamies then vomit. Help!!!

I am looking forward to starting a meeting group in our area. I am leaving Sunday and will be back on Wednesday evening, my daughter just had a baby in Florida and I am leaving to see my newest granddaughter. (couldnt plan on day she was coming LOL)

I am away on vacation until 9/20/09.
I was hoping for a friday night meeting or saturday. Need support before the weekend come.My whole routine changes. I wor****il 7 PM most nights except when i have planned a support group.
On wednesdays
i wor****il 8 pm. Need to fit in therapy schedule.

What you eat is all up to you. It is more what you can tolerate than what it is. You eat until you get full. Also the fill is kind of cool. So far I have only had one fill. My DOC said as long as you are losing there is no need to do any more. So 80 pounds down and only one fill I am still OK. Off to Red lobster of Olive Garden tonight. yummy.
Here are the hungry things you can do to keep feeling full.
Ricotta cheese salt to taste and pepper.....
Sour cream
Soft egg and cheese
peanut butter
Here is a good one.... Jello pre made... scarf it down... and more.... I have lots of things that can help and know how to use it and keep losing.
We all still need to come up with a meeting date....
Soon I hope.
