Hi,
I am two weeks out lalp band. I am doing okay. I still get hungry at times. On Oct 1st I get my first fill. Then I should not be hungry. Meanwhile what and how much should I eat on the holidays. If I eat two ounces of meat could I have anything else. It is so hard at the beginning before my first fill. Any feedback will be apreciated.

What you eat is all up to you. It is more what you can tolerate than what it is. You eat until you get full. Also the fill is kind of cool. So far I have only had one fill. My DOC said as long as you are losing there is no need to do any more. So 80 pounds down and only one fill I am still OK. Off to Red lobster of Olive Garden tonight. yummy.
Here are the hungry things you can do to keep feeling full.
Ricotta cheese salt to taste and pepper.....
Sour cream
Soft egg and cheese
peanut butter
Here is a good one.... Jello pre made... scarf it down... and more.... I have lots of things that can help and know how to use it and keep losing.
We all still need to come up with a meeting date....
Soon I hope.
