Well tonights meeting wasn't so great, only one person showed up. I sure it's because tomorow is Thanksgiving. I have contacted all the companies that offer samples and I will have samples for everyone at the next meeting. We stayed for almost an hour talking about things we can do to reach our goals. One of the hand out talks about setting goals and giving thanks. I am thankful for all the progress I have made in the past 20 months. I have done better than I ever imagined I would. I am also thankful for my family and friends that have supported me and incouraged me through my journey. My goal for this next year is to improve on my fitness and eating habit. My other goal is to pay it forward to help others reach their goals with weightloss. I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
