Lisa,
You are doing wonderfully. I wonder if I'll recognize you the next time I see you!
I know that the stalls are scary, but they will pass and you will keep moving forward.
Wising you continued success!

Donna,
Congratulations on your upcoming surgery. Life is about to change in so many positive ways for you and I'm sure that you will be shopping for 'normal' sized clothes.
Re getting support from family and friends. Have you shared with any of them what you need and want? Sometimes we assume that others know what we need and want and we do come right out and articulate it. My mother was really afraid of my having the surgery and wasn't particularly supportive. I let her know what I wanted and needed. I also invited her to come with me to some of my appointments and support group meetings. This helped both of us.
Wishing you all the best,
Barbara

How do you feel? Tired still, just kind of starting to feel half way normal again. I think I'm still dehydrated. They will check me at my 6 week check up. Just started back up at gym today for first time - walking only. Walked 2 miles today. Legs felt like rubber, but it's gonna be worth it.
Any WOW moments? Can't wear any of my starting clothes, literally falling off me. :) Off my blood pressure medicine and water pill woo hoo
Do you have any concerns? Don't think I'm losing weight quick enough, don't want to lose hair! Kind of nervous on dehydration. already getting bat wings, worried about excess skin and finances to get plastics where needed when time.

I feel energized! When I work out, I have to wait on my muscles to catch up, not my heart rate or breathing!
Too many WOW moments to count... but best recent one is I can buy some clothes at Old Navy now! I believe when we go "Goodwill Hunting" I will be able to find something to wear!
Concerns... I worry that my stalls will last forever... I know in my head they won't, but my heart isn's so sure.
