This week I have walked over 15 miles! I am trying to keep it together!
Most importantly... I plan to get a good 8 hours of sleep... and be at support group tomorrow!
I took my supliments this morning, more later
Drank a premier protein, it helps me get my protein in.
Top down on the car, putting my bicycle in the back, getting new seat, check up with bike shop so I can ride my bike that has been sitting for years...(bad me)
Costco run later, buy so I can plan out protein at better cost.
Take dogs out on walk... Sierra and Echo, my English Springer Spaniels.
To be thankful I will have surgery, stop freaking out waiting for the surgery scheduler to call, I am doing my part, so keep focused.
Baby steps are huge because they are the beginning.
Enjoy your walk!

How are you and what are you planning to do today to make it a WLS successful day?
I started the morning thinking about those things I like about my new, slimmer, healthier body: I like the fact that I have a neck :-), I like the fact that my hemochromatosis has been resolved and I don't have to go get a phlebotomy every week, and I like the fact that I can handle heat so much better; 92 now feels like 82 before I lost the weight. Remembering what I appreciate about the way I look and feel really makes it easier to make decisions that help me stay healthy and slim.
I've already taken my first dose of supplements
As soon as I'm done dashing off this post, I'm going to get some lean protein to start my day and remember to start each of my meals/snacks with it.
This evening Ben and I will take our dogs for another walk as we explore our new neighborhood. It's amazing how you find the hills when you are walking it and don't even see them when driving.
So, what are you planning for today?

I understood going into the surgery process, nothing will change if I don't change.....and boy have I changed.
The biggest change is that NO MORE are the words I CAN't allowed in our house, by grownups or grandchildren. Everything is a possibility, and everything must be tried at least once!!!!!Life is so exciting and everyday brings something new to embrace when you open up that 6" space between your ears and experience life. I CAN becomes a way of life quickly if you let it.

I just posted some new items out on ebay. They are mostly size 22 and 20 (some even with tags) - - mostly career clothes but some casual. Check them out when you get a chance.
