Hi, my name is Sean.  I live in the central New York State area.  I started the bariatric surgery thing last week with my intake visit at Ellis Bariatric Center.  Thinking about doing the Gastric Bypass.  Started the Lean and Green diet.  Tonight I have to go to my Facility Christmas Party.  Since I am the party chairman, there's no getting out of it.  I know I'll be fine because this is something I really want.  I figure I'll eat the salad and a little roastbeef and stay away from the bar and dessert.

I hope that your Christmas party and other holiday festivities went well for you. The fact that you went into the party with a plan is more than half the battle.

Thanks Barbara.  I am doing great.  As of my January 13th weighin I lost 37 lbs.  My procedure is scheduled for February 20th.  Looking forward to the new me.
