What are your New Year's Resolutions?

I am looking forward to a wonderful 2011. I am going to move more, love more, live life, look at things from a different perspective and let things go, and find ways to take better care of myself. Now I need to find ways to articulate these so that they become SMART goals (or Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely) so that they will actually happen.  What are your New Year's resolutions?

Like you I plan to move more (probably walking), eat more fruit & veggies, and declutter the house. Now I need to get SMART! Happy New Year!

Yep, I need to add the de-cluttering to my list too.

My plan is to reach my weight goal of 163.  I am doing a weight routine(Chalene Extreme) three times a week and a regular exercise (Shaun T's Insanity Workout)three times a week.  I am drinking 10 glasses of water per day.  I am eating high protein with plenty of vegetables and fruits.  I hope I finally make it.

My goal is to go to the gym three times a week and work out for at least 45 minutes. Considering I live on a military post with free access to a gym, it is almost a crime that I have not been since my surgery.
