Nothing tastes as good as .... 'fill in the blank.'

Nothing tastes as good as 'being healthy feels.' Being able to wear a single digit size, fit in an airplane without an extender, have the endurance to mow my acre lawn, etc... are just the 'cherry on top!'

I'm not to single digit size dresses but I am under 200 pouds, which is a first in a long time.  I feel good about myself and know that I will finally beat the battle of the bulge.
