I eat & drink my protein. I use protein bullets. They are 3.5 oz of liquid protein. I split a bullet between 2 20 oz bottles of water and drink them during the day. I eat cottage cheese, greek yogurt, puddings, milk cheeses, crab, beans etc. I still struggle with eggs & seafood.
Not sure I get enough of anything however. My intake is between 40g-60g per day. Should I be upping that?
