Welcome to the group Ziggy!!. Congrats, you are on the losing side of surgery and the losing is happening.

I am 25 months out from surgery and loving that my tool works and I am headed to my goals. This is not a sprint, but a lifestyle change. I am a slow loser, but I did not gain it overnight either!

So sorry for your disappointment Becca. They will get you in when the family emergency is over. Hope that your MD's family resolves asap. Stuff happens, they are people too. Know that we are here for your support. Spout all you want, no calories in writing.

Its my anniversary HIp Hip Hooray 2 yrs 180 lbs down and hold. Life is still a work in progress but my health is excellent.

Surgery was supposed to be at 7:30 AM this morning. I went through all the liquid diet last night, was in the bathroom all night from drinking the citrate stuff from hell and went to bed at 8PM to be up by 4 am for surgery , 9:30 PM phone rings and the doctor had a family emergency and cancelled my surgury UGHHH All that for nothing.. I am so frustrated.. .now I have no idea when the new surgery date will be. The surgeons office is waiting to hear from the surgeon on when he will be back and then they will call me to reschedule so lord only knows when , I am so bummed I could cry.. I was finally past the fear and back to the excitement and now its back to wondering when... sorry just had to pout for a moment.. :(
