Before I went to bed on Wednesday I used the bathroom. OMG the Earth was quaking! I FINALLY released all my gas! I was in there for a good 20 minutes! My Hubby was laughing and my Daughter (2) kept saying "Excuse you Mommy". Man I haven't felt better! Probably TMI but like I said Gross but IT FEELS SO GOOD!!!

What's worth the PRIZE is ALWAYS worth the FIGHT!

@Patrece: Thanks for the response! I eat really well, at the moment my team is suggesting I eat more carbs and fats as I am about 20 pounds underweight. I find that these foods go right through me and don't keep me full. I also find them sweet and greasy so they're not enjoyable at all. I do however need to gain weight as my doctor was discussing inserting a feeding tube at my appointment yesterday! I definitely DO NOT want that!!

thanks guys we are queshtining the sleep achnia becouse it is so mild we were told that they ushily catch it at the begenning of the nite andittook them all nite to catch it on me and get me dignossed so thats how mild it is and we are queshtion it at my next sleep study me and my family dont think i need a mask but if i have t odo it to have my surgury i will and thanks forthe support for my blood test i hope i get everything steghtend out my biggist fear is i will end up dietbetic but im trying everything in my power to not let that happen

Ok ! I am doing this out of friendship....... Kicking you and a hug!
It can be fustraighting but take it one meal at a time (I'm doing the same) we have so much going on and I agree the weather needs to warm up and let us enjoy the sun for once! But for me in times like these I carry Protein drinks and bars when I can't get a real meal in then I don't get to hungry or eat something that I know is off my plan.
Hugs and remember you come first too! Take care of you first.

Hi Mag.
Thanks for the welcome.  For both my sleep studies I had to call them and make the appointment.  The first time I waited well over a month before getting on the phone and scheduling it myself.  The dr. told me the order went in, so I called and they said "oh we have the order and someone will be calling to schedule"...well after a month I called myself and made the appointment.  No problem.
For this 2nd one, I called the dr. to make sure the order was put in for it and then just called right away to make an appointment. 
Long story short...don't wait for them or you could be waiting forever..lol.
I just hope I can sleep with all that goop on me :)
