I strongly encourage all of those who get into chat and find it empty , and staying empty to contact OH tech support. There are like 3 or 4 of you now that I know of having this problem, even when people are in there. OH Tech support would be the ones with the answers, if you are going to the right chat room.

Welcome Eliza! Best of luck in the hoop jumping. You'd think with all that hoop jumping, we'd lose weight from that effort alone! lol.

Glad to hear you are getting more active and eating better now. It will help lay the foundation for post-op success!

Welcome to the losers bench! I am glad you were proactive and went to get medical care for the incision site. Better safe than sorry! Listen to your body and rest as needed, but do be sure to get in lots of little walks and sip sip sip and focus on protein!

Scale was down .4 yesterday morning, then down another .6 this morning. That means down 1 lbs! (scale reads in 1/10 lb increments i guess is what it is.

Eating poorly today, well actually, not eating at all yet. I have felt so worn out today, no appetite, no enrgy. Probably the decarb side effects kicking in, complete with headache. Tomorrow should be easier with side effects. I did have a protein shake, 2 16 oz glasses of water and my coffee for the day. I AM getting my walk in this evening. No one here to keep me from it and plan to take a nap soon so should feel more rested. Will check in later before bed. And I will eat my dinner.

Thanks Lisa! I am soooo happy I get some me time. My sons friend that is staying here was even told her had to find elsewhere to stay until Saturday night, as Paul going to his moms has always been planned to give me my own time, and in the last 4 months he has stayed here, he has been around when not at work. I told him no offense, but this is what I need and why he goes. So he finally cooperated. I also let the kids know that I needed this time to me.

Thanks for the encouragement. I am doing pretty well. Not enough food in today, but just feeling real whiped out and not hungry. Had some protein shake tho and will have dinner.
