Thanks Amalia,

I really wanted the rny for more restrictions but my Dr couldn't do it on me for medical reasons.  I take coumidin and said this would be better.  My biggest worry is stretching my pouch.  I haven't had any real problems as far as to tell me if I am overeatting.  Believe me I am not asking for problems but think I should get crampy or something to make me feel full.

Hey Mags,

I am having realy hunger not head hunger.  Saw Dr. yesterday and I mentioned to him that I was really hungry.  He just chuckled.  He said it could be that I have been on liquids for 20 days.  Had a scrambled egg last night.  Ate about 1/2.  Had cottage cheese, scrambled egg and tuna today.  Breakfast lunch dinner.  Tasted good.  I will have to see how it goes.  Just afraid of stretching my pouch.  Lost 9 lbs since surgery.

Leave it to you to slap the snot out of me and put me straight.  It must be that you are a New Yorker lol.  I was just worried because everyone kept saying that they weren't hungry and that was so exciting to me.  I just don't want to stretch my pouch out.  Yes I am very happy I am not praying to the porcelin gods.

OH BOY, Tim, I'm so PROUD of you!!!!!!
You are working so hard and you are starting to reap the benefits. Pat yourself on the back for me.
I know how good it feels to have breathing become easier. I'm so glad you are putting out the effort to improve before surgery. It will be such a big help.
Cutting way back on soda pop is excellent. Pepsi was my main liquids for decades. So unhealthy for me. I feel so much better without it. I too gave it up prior to surgery. It feels good to do things to improve my health.
Stay strong. Keep moving forward.  Your friend,  Mag

Topic: Taking the NOT for everyone Challenge to the end of the month.
Hi everyone on BB,
Patrece challenged us to daily write down where we are at in our journey. What we need to and/or are improving on, whether it be food, exercise, water intake,  etc. Some of us really love being accountable to the daily posting so we have decided to extend to the end of the month. YEA    So those who were with us please come back. Others struggling to follow your plan, join us of the remainder of JUNE... The post is at the top of the page. The first green post. Take care and hugs,   Mag

Topic: RE: Challenge...NOT for everyone!
Good Thursday to everyone except I'm not sure what day it is in Greece right now. I'll have to figure that out some day.
I've spend the last four hours in bed. Feel like I'm in in a fog after being up all night. Too tired to cook. Had protein fortified cereal with 2 ounces 1% milk Then a protein bar for lunch. No carbs allowed for the rest of the day. Will have a protein drink here in a bit. Did have a small bowl of popcorn with no butter, but boy was it salty
I usually only weight on Sundays, but I couldn't help it today. I'm down another pound!!!!!  When I lose 12 more pounds I'll be below the weight that 2 different medical personnel said was the lowest I would probably ever go. They are soooo wrong. I can't wait to show them the error of their ways. I don't believe in setting limits on what people can do. People are amazing with what we are able to accomplish.
The entire OA meeting yesterday was about honestly telling yourself and someone else about your food intake. That really hit home since that's exactly what we are choosing to do with these posting. Let's keep up the good work. We know this is good for the body, mind and soul. Hugs and thoughts to us,     Mag
