So far, for multivitamins, I'm going to use Centrum chewable with iron.  Because I am going to have DS, I will take calcium citrate by Bariatric Advantage.  I got a few samples of those and they are very good tasting.  Also, because I am having DS, I need to add an ADEK supplement on top of the multi and calcium.  I had one sample of Celebrate's ADEK but, if anyone has tried other brands, I'd like to get their feedback.

Thanks Kathy,..its been a roller coaster... but I am practicing what I preach.... live life on lifes tearms..... with having to eat more then I am used to is a work in progress, but I can do it, sounds like you have alot going on too. Hope the visit goes well , I know it can be good and interesting at times when you have family visiting..... I am glad your doing what you need to do regardless... keep up the great work.
