I have been having a simular problem. I think I am eating too fast and not chewing enough. I'm working on changing that and see if it helps.

That 'no drinking with food' bit is a hard one, isn't it? I usually drank one or two glasses of water with my meals. It is probably in my head but my mouth feels so dry when I'm eating now.

i felt the same way. had mood swings and depression the week be4 surgery and my surgeon meeting with me right be4 my surgery made me feel better. and i just tried hard to relax and did meditation, pray, and do anything i could to get rid of the feeling and know that i was doing the right thing.

You are welcome lady! I never did get rolling on the Atkins, but need to consider it, modified of course, as I do not want to ingest that much fat.

Keep up the great work! So proud of you!

what food are you recently eating ? could be that something you used to like is not happy with your new tummy

He he... thanks for being my cheering section Patrece! I'm pretty good, everything considered. I've had to buy new clothes for the winter at a "normal" size at last! Unfortunately, I still can't find boots to fit me :( Not a weight problem, a shape problem,  I inherited my mom's legs and they are elephant shaped. LOL I'm still doing Atkins and getting quite used to it- don't miss carbs at all.
Take care
Amalia

I would be too...... But if he will sign off on the papers next week that will be great but sometimes the courts and judges have there own schedule.     I am glad to hear that you and Paul came to agreement, Makes the process better to get through all of it......... My Daughter Ashley had a due date of Dec 15 but the Genetics dr said Dec 3 and as of last week the baby was about 7 pounds , We went back to the Dr again today and they will do another sonagram this friday to check the size of the baby........ if she last that long, she is already a 1-2 centemeters dialated but who knows how ever they did say no mater what on Dec 7 if she has not had the baby they will induce.....Funny thing is the OB dr did not think she was even going to make it this far... and she has that why I joke around and say it might be a Christmas baby....... although my daugher tells me a am crazy.... she says she will not wait that long.... She is naming the baby Eizik Reese after her great grandfather. I will let you know when he blesses us with his presents.
Talk to you soon , Lisa
