Hey Lulu. I go through phases like what you are describing. I think it has to do with our bowels just being "moody" at times. Even tho you are pretty sure it is not dumping, make sure you are not getting too much sugars and carbs, and that you are getting enough protein. Sometimes if those things aren't right, it can cause this. I hope it improves for you.

P.S. When I am in a phase like this, I really LIKE baby wipes! lol.

 Thanks Patrece :)

My surgeon said it was ok for me to eat the beefaroni, as it's a high protein variety made with soy noodles.  Probably should have said that :)
Thanks for the eating advice!  I've continued to notice that just a bite or two has me full.  Even with water, soup, or shakes, it takes forever to finish them.  Not a bad thing, just difficult to adjust to when I'm trying to make sure I keep up on my 64oz of water daily and the 60 grams of protein.  Feel as though I am constantly 'eating' or drinking something.

Welcome to our group and congrats on your surgery! Just one question... did your surgeon say to eat beefaroni? Usually we are to avoid noodles and carbs and processed foods, as well as fruit juices (cuz they are loaded with sugar) especially this early out. It is typical to only eat that tiny amount. It can help to take smaller bites and chew longer. Don't let yourself eat until you feel stuffed, just until satisfied. Don't want to damage the new pouch.

It is awesome that you have such excellent insurance coverage! Many of us wish ours would cover plastics. It nice to have you join us, and best of luck to you in this journey! Ask any questions you may have!

Awwwww Mag...I am so so sorry you are facing so much all at once. Yes it does seem to be that when it rains it pours. Please stay strong, and try to stay positive. Things will work out somehow. I know that sounds easier than it is, but somehow they do. My heart and prayers are with you lady. Keep us posted please!

It sounds alot like the palpations that could come with dumping, but if it happens with everything, I doubt seriously that is what it is. I am glad your doc got back in touch with you! Best of luck in getting this resolved, and please keep us posted!

Hi Tammie,

I know it's a little confusing.  When I first had surgery I set a goal weight of 130.  I reached that goal in December.  Then I thought what the heck, I need a new goal, and I set a goal weight of 115, I just met that in the past couple of weeks.  I'm currently at 111 pounds and hope to stay in this range.
