Good for you losing 2 lbs when you thought you would be gaining! Thats always a wonderful suprise! Wishing you the best of luck with your pre-op time. Make good use of it to learn all you can and get on track with instilling some of the essential success habits for post-op life.
I wish I could help you on the recipes, but I am not into too many flakey fish foods..lol.
Try looking at the recipes on atkins, then just try to reduce the fats and you will be sure to be eating low carb!

Topic: RE: Hi all
AHHHH well thats a whole different story!!!!!! Sorry thought it was a year and 2 months, not just 2 months! Sooo sorry for misunderstanding!
46 in 2 months is not slowly at all! When was the last time you lost that much even in triple the time? You are doing wonderful! It took me 4 months to lose 50 lbs, and 2 years to lose 114 lbs. Know too, the loss rate will fluctuate. Your body has much to adapt to, and has to have a break now and then. I hit plateaus at least once a month for 1 to 2, sometimes even 3 weeks. We all lose differnetly, but you are doing great!

Hello Patrece and all,
I took yesterday off from the computer. Never even went into the office yesterday. Sometimes I just need a get away. I'm very nervous and anxious for some reason. Reminds me that I would eat large amounts of food at times like these before WLS. Can't do that now but do need to find a healthy way to cope. Last night I wanted plain old sugar, but thankfully we don't keep anything in the house. My sis and I sat out on the patio and just talked. She is so supportive. Got through the day with good food choices but no exercise. Today it is going on noon and I haven't eaten yet but have been drinking water and taking pills and vits. I'll go have some breakfast now. Love and hugs, Mag
