I hope you get caught up on your rest very soon. How is your neck feeling?

At the last support group meeting for the group i run, I had my bariatric surgeon as a guest speaker. He too says that total honesty with both ourselves and others is mandatory to our success. We might try to fool ourselves and others, but we can't fool our body!

Congrats on being down another pound. I am still down by the 4 I lost, but haven't taken any more off. Have not been as strict again, and I must get back to it. Not doing terrible, but there is definate room to inprove, especially in the activity and getting in my water department.

Hugs back at ya lady

I sure hope you get relief for your neck very soon. Maybe to help you get in more water, you could use a method where before you can have something else, or do something else, you have to drink so much water. I have to do this some days when it is looking like I will not get my water in.

Have a great wls day and fast reief wishes coming your way!

This jopurney is NOT about total deprivation and hunger. It is about finding a healthy balance that we can live with forever. I hope your vision gets better soon. Let us know ok?

Good day to all,
Well, it looks like it's just the 3 of us to the end of the month. Hopefully all others are doing well with their programs.

My day was much better than expected. I was full-blown manic. Talking now-stop. A hyper time. I thought my food would go down the tubes, but I didn't eat anything that wasn't part of my food plan, Also drinking so much more correct fluids. Water and sf kool-aid, etc.

I know this may sound strange but Dr. Hinkle and my PT Anthony prayed with me yesterday and I felt so much more relaxed.     I concentrated on speaking slower and quieter. Anthony would remind me if I was moving through my sets too fast. They are a blessing to me.

A little more dizzy but I'm sure it will be a minor setback. Slept better last night. Feel as if I have a brain again. Lost weight again. I forget what I weighed last week but I'm down at least 2, many 3  pounds. Will update my ticker now.    As ever,    Mag

First, I apologize that this post will be short. I am having bad vision problems due to my MS. I have done fairly well in the past couple of days food-wise with very small exceptions. Unfortunately, my scale is remaining steady, not showing any results.
More details (I hope) if and when my eyesignt clears up a bit.
