Try a different brand of vitamin, consider taking it after eating to avoid med on am empty stomach, the food will dilute the vitamin. Talk with some one from your suupport team to see if there are other options. I got by with the centrum chewables, the light citrus taste settle alright with me. Each and every one of us has different preferences and tolerances. Best of luck with settling your vitamin issue. Hugs

It akes a while for our minds to catch up with our bodies. Take photos and measurements. It is amazing to see the changes in pics and inches lost. Of course the way your clothes fit says a whole lot too. Congrats on your success, keep working your surgeon's program. Hugs

You got great advice from the other gals. Welcome to our group. Hang in there girl. It may take a bit of time, but trust me, it will be well worth it. I too had to pay for my psych eval up front. I am sure they have been left unpaid by others too many times and have learned to leverage things in thier favor.
If the anxiety is coming from the wait and jumping the hoops, do yourself a favor and try very hard to come to terms with the fact that the whole process will take some time. Use this time wisely to learn all you can about the procedure you will be having, and all of the things you need to know to ensure your success. Took me about 8 months start to finish, but I really opushed em to get it done that soon. Many wait a year maybe even longer. It is worth it, and don't gie up or it all starts over again, when you find yourself back to considering it again.
Welcome to our group.

Honey, you sound like me...if it is not one thing it is another! I feel for you. I do hope your knee bounces back for you, but if not, you may still have time for it to heal. Although you may need to take an easy pace at whatever you are participating in. Best of luck, and let us know what the doc says on Thursday.

Sounds like food and such went well for you! Great job, keep up the good work!

Good for you on taking the time to read! I enjoy it too, but I too haven't really got the time to spare right now. When i start reading , if I like it, i cannot put it down. If I don't like it, I won't pick it back up..lol. No happy medium with me I swear! hahaha.

Just start where you are able to on the walking, and build up as you are ready. I am not doing as well as I did last summer with it, because I have not been consistant. I will just build up as I am able, which won't take long if I keep at it. Listen to your body, it will guide you.

You are quite welcome. Reheating it from frozen is the same as you do with a frozen dinner, only you forgo all of the additives and processing.. But however you can make it work, even now and then, is better than not at all! Good luck and let that creativity flow!

Tim,
So glad the NUT is happy with you. See, no need to spend energy worrying. You are working hard and she knows it. Like someone said the other day, it may just be weight gain from water retention or a normal fluctuation.    Take care,  Hugs   Mag
