A little sore from the exercise? YEAY!! Thats a very good thing. So glad to hear you slept well last night. I havern't slept well in forever it seems. between stress and hubby snoring, and am about to go nutz..lol. Wonder if I could sleep with ear plugs in???? Actually I informed him this morning that he has to go sleep in the guest room or I will from now on, so I can get my rest.

Dinner plans sound yummy! I am thinking of making cabbage wedges tomorrow evening for dinner. They are so yummy!

I really used to enjoy my Wii, haven't used it in a long time (since we moved) and I really NEED to! mGood luck with the exercise after work. I hope you can find the energy.

Kitties are crazy like that! They have to be in the middle of everything. They are so inquisitive!
Get the food in lady! You need your proper nutrition, and if you do not eat properly, your body will not want to release the fat cells. Keep up the great job on getting the water in!

(((FRAN))) Thank you so much too. I do so appreciate the caring and concern from you and my other buddies. Appt tomorrow am then the scope will be scheduled, and I am sure they will get me in as soon as they are able to for that. I don't want surgery to ruin my summer, but I know if I need surgery I will have to do it sooner, rather than later. But man I want to have fun this summer at some point. Hugs!

(((MAG))) Thank you sweet lady! My appointment is for Wed (tomorrow) morning at 11:15 am. But the scope appt will be scheduled then, so will not be scoped tomorrow. I am sure they will get me in fairly quickly.
Thank you so much for your caring and concern, it means a lot to me! I want me well too. Life will get sorted out one day in the not too far off future. I just have a lot to figure out and accomplish to get things where I need them to be. Plus everything else that has to be done. I am strong and ornery, I will make it through this all. I hope the source of my pain is found and repaired very soon. Told some of my family, if it is an ulcer that requires surgery, I will actually probably be lucky. It will be taken care of, my pouch will be reduced again and I'll ask him to tighten up the tummy skin some more when he closes up the incision...lol .. Trying to look at the positive side. haha.

Are you finding peace my friend?

Yayyyy for positive.  Makes the wait slip on by soooo much quicker.  Plus I enjoy looking at the more positive side of most things.    Let's continue the race, one hoop at a time.

Took my melatonin and my trazadone lastnight and slept like a baby!!!  No stupid crazy dreams, which made me toss and turn like crazy.  Fiance even came to bed, which means I wasnt a wild woman.

Starting the day off with some water, my vitamins, and my oatmeal made w/milk and some beneprotein.  Dinner at work is gonna be pork tenderloin w/ steamed cabbage.  Will have a protein shake and some fruit as well.

A little sore from the stretching and lil exercises I did with the trainer yesterday.  Didnt wake up enough time to eat then go to the gym and then get ready for work.  So I am shooting for doing the Wii Boxing for atleast 15 minutes when I come home tonight from work.

Hope everyone has a good day

Hi all and good luck to the newbies that recently joined our group. I just want to report that I'm still doing well on my food program. I've now weeded all bad carbs OUT of my diet. If you make an exception for my eyesight which is still bad and is definitely MS and strange, bad pains in my fingers which may also be MS, I am doing great! Today I went to the dentist, who happens to be my BIL, and he noticed that I had lost MORE weight! That made me feel good because 5kg ago, he had agreed with my other BIL that I wasn't going to lose any more and that I would start gaining now! Hrmph!
Well, yesterday was a good day... I had made beef burgers and chili. I had a beef burger for lunch with some salad (no bread!) and a small bowl of chili for dinner. Today looks to be much the same. I didn't have any snacks yesterday and hope it will be the same today.

I 2nd what Mag says.  would hate for u to get a perf. ulcer and then it becomes a life threatening situation.  I wish u the best.  Get it checked out soon and if surgery is the road, get it scheduled sooner than later.
