Hey Kathi. I think you are in the right place. I have learned so much about everything from drinking enough water to how to deal with the farts...lol..I would very much so recommend writing down your questions. I have a note pad in the kitchen and here at the desk. I jot them down and then Ask asap. Mark them off as accomplished...Feels good to get it done'. Have a wonderful day. Hey Laura..Congrats on your surgery date. I too am still trying to figure the site out....I do know there are lots of Friends here. This is a place where someone is going thru the same things you are. Therefore it is great to chat, vent and make friends.I have not had surgery yet and hope to in December. What WLS have you chosen?

Kathy thank you so very much for sharing the article. I have been looking for something....didn't quite know what it was...to help me get where I need to go with this WLS coming up on December. I now can take action...Face my fears of seeing my life on paper...

Hi to all my Bariatric Buddy friends,
Some of us were talking about needing another challenge to help keep our butts moving and our heads on straight. It would be like the previous one where each person would start out by saying what area of our journeys needs some adjusting. We would report in hopefully daily, but as often as possible. We then all encourage each other. There is a lot of wisdom floating around here that we can share on an almost daily basis. I have to talk with Patrece as she is the one that needs to start the posts on the site in the upper green section. I'm game. How about you. Shall we start for one month and see how we are feeling about continuing? I'll sent a PM to Patrece now. Mag

It's nice you found this thread. We started this as a shorter term challenge, but we were very happy with the results and we kept going until we just sort of drifted off. Amalia is on vacation, Patrece is super busy this summer and I am fairly fresh out of the hospital. We friends have to stick together don't we. I'll post in the main discussion posts to see if anyone wants to join us. May not get many takers until summer is over. Patrece was thinking that we may be able to start a chat room for those of us wanting to support each other in real time. What would you think of that? Mag
