Intoduction
I have not been on OH in a few years and needed to get back on track after a military move and almost two years later gained 30 lbs. OMG!!! what did I do how did I do it. So here I am starting off the New Year starting over again to loose that 30 lbs and get back on track with me. My pre surgery weight was 270 lbs, lowest weight 125 lbs and the weight I felt was my ideal weight 130 - 135 lbs. As of January 2, 2013 I weighed in at 167 lbs and that was the day I started to eat right and work out. As of Sunday ( Because the scale was calling my name) I weighed in at 159 lbs. I was so amped that I knew I was getting back on track and was all smiles. so here I am looking for fellow OH peeps to keep me on the straight and narrow and get that info and support that we need from time to time. So Hello group I hope you have a great day.
Yes it is all to easy to fall back into old habits. I am going into week two and I still have my days were I find it very easy to pop a fry in my mouth. I guess now I see more unhealthy choices all over the place and I will be glad when I turn that corner when I use to see it and it was just another part of the scene that I did not pay attention to.
