I am new to this group.  I had my RNY 14 Jan 2009.  I got down to my goal size and have stayed there for the past two years.  Starting in Jun 11 I had to move from GA to NC and it has been a very stressful time.  I have regained about 8 lbs and cannot seem to get it back off.  I do plenty of exercise, guess I am just eating too much.  I am working on it because I do not want all the work I have done to go down the drain.  Just need some encouragement to keep going.

Welcome! I know we have slower metabolism after we reach 18 months out and have a higher chance on regain..have to be very careful..are you exercising? and maybe journal your foods for a week or 2 and see what the culprit is if you do not already know.. Look at how far you have come..do not let being comfortable settle in and loose track..think of where you was..get out pictures and look..do you want to go back there..NO.. I do not think so.. hard work brought you far.. your worth this new life and your worth getting rid of bad habits..do not loose focus.. you did not get to this point to drop of the wagon,...get back on and say IM WORTH IT! .. you can do it!!!!!

I have started back exercising quite regular again.  I always have exercised but had slowed down for a bit.  I do journal my food all the time and will continue to do so.  I think I am just having the "head hunger" thing at night which is my worse time.  But I will say the past week I have been doing some better, still have not dropped any pounds but my doc says I seem to be doing fine.  I am having some blood work done just to check.  Thank you for your concern.

Stay Updated :) and one thing you can look at is you are staying on track best you can and your exercising... let me tell you.. I will be honest.. I havnt exercised much.. pretty nonexistant.. HA.. I have weights.. ok .. but moving rest of my body...nope.. to go pee..yea.. I  move.. but.. having physical health problems.. walk with cane and use wheel chair..so limitations.. but..my mind is exercising...hope it counts..lol
