Wanted to report in and also tell ya this is some great  stuff...I have the Light version of it and it is sugar free as well. Has 15g of protein...I have the choc. (and there's NO milk in it)

Well the weight loss it going good...I'm happy. Had to add a notch to my belt, but i cant add anymore so i guess its off to the store soon.

Just wondering have you had surgery? How are you doing with your journey?

I'm down 195lbs and have 107 more to go. Ill be glad to do a comparison picture so you all can see.

congrats on your weight loss.  Keep up the good work.  Love the muscle milk.  I have not tried the light one yet though.  I am getting in most of my protein thru foods.  If i do drink my protein I use the syntrax nectars and have recently been drinking the boost high Protein.

I am 13 months out from RNY.  I have lost a little over 100 pounds.  Loving it and wouldnt change anything.  Have tons of energy!

Doug, please post before and after pics here, love to see the difference almost 200# makes.  Haven't tried the muscle milk myself, like Fran, getting most of my protein through food sources.

I had RNY sept 2009 and am down over 115#.  Working the program to try to keep losing a little more.  I am over 2 years out and needing to do the old fashioned things like exercise.

Hi Doug,
I think I've told you my story but I love to tell it. I am 1 year, 2 weeks and 4 days post-op. I lost 33 pounds before surgery and 141 since surgery. I've been lax with eating this past month as a reward for working so hard for the year. It is a poor way to celebrate and will be back on the stick now. I have 39 pounds to go to my personal goal. My doctor doesn't believe in setting goals per say and that I will know the right weight when I get there.
