Today i rode my bike 30 mins for total of 6miles, It kick my butt, but Im still here!!! tomaorrw I'll do 7 miles.

Hate the taste of the protein drinks....or powers!!  any Help??

have lost about 30 lbs.

I hated the milky thick protein shakes so my nut gave me the idea to make my own... I use GNC unflavored protein powder, crystal light or benefiber, and I mix with water it is fruity and light

 i got vanilla i mix it with milk yoghurt bananas and strawberrys its the only way i can get it in everything else iv tried is nasty!

Carnation instant breakfast (sugarfree) has protein and palatable for some. Try a covered sippy cup to mask the smell if odor bothers you.

Order samples of various powders, or ask members of a local support group to share a sample of something that they like. You will soon be getting most of your protein from foods. Choose high quality proteins. Greek yogurt has some quality protein. Flavor the plain greek yogurt with crystal light powder, sugarfree jello powder, sugarfree coffee syrups. The possibliities are endless.
