Getting back in the Groove!!!!!!!!!
I am so stressed out. Don't know whay to trun. I have got to get this problem in check. I have started to gain some of my weight back. I don't want to do this. I have just about to give up , but that is not me. I have to go back to the basics. I started this support group. we have been meeting every 3 rd thursday in the month, but noone seems to car if they come or not. It seems like I am fighting a no win battle. So sorry , but i have to vent what i feel. I am 2 1/2 years post-op. I have just gained 10 pounds. I so much don't want to gain my weight back. So sorry i haven't been here in along time. I miss you all. Hope all is doing well. Thanks for letting me vent. annielou176
Welcome back Annie!!!! Missed reading your posts. We all go through time of not being here and not being in the present for ourselves. I know that you will get back on track. I walked the first months alongside you.
I stalled for 9 plus months and just started losing again, snail pace slow loss, but loss all the same. Where have the last couple of years gone. Hard to believe that it has been over 2 years myself too.
Take care, do not relaps into the habits that lead to obesity in the first place. We are going to make it through this together. Come post more and more, miss ya.
I posted in another reply about Dennis' surgery, so glad that his mass was benign, on to recovery for him and us. Stressful time for both of us. He does not deal with pain and change well, I want to "make it all better". He does not have pain since his surgery last monday, Yayyyyy
Now for Annie, log your food and fluids, get off your couch and exercise if you are slacking off. Just a little boot in the rear for someone that I care about. Hugs
