Havinbg serious issues as of late... about 3 weeks ago I  was loosing steady... n( surg 3/30 rny)  then BAM I gained 5lbs over night... I know it is a water retention gain... since then I haven't completely lost that 5lbs... I still walk daily weight train 3x a week I drink all my fluids and get  between 60 & 80 g protein daily... I know my weight is supposed to flip flop but now I am getting frustrated...

Sorry that you are getting frustrated. COuld it be your TOM? and that is why it hasn;t gone completely away? I hope it all evens out and you are back to loosing steady again.

I am up 6 pounds but that is all fluid since I was in the hospital. am so not happy either.

Tammy, do not get overly frustrated.  We go through times of losing and plateaus.  I found myself stalling out frequently.  Try to increase fluids, change up your activity, increase protein.  Hang in there, the losing will start up again.  It sounds strange, but drinking more liquids helps your body lose the stored liquids.  Your body will think, nothing is coming in again, and store any food and fluid that it does get.  Keep sipping.  Let us know how things are going.  Hugs
